We conduct continence assessments in for children, young adults and older adults. We aim to provide client centred care and or family centred care with consents from the client Our assessments are based on the physical , mental and emotional ability of the client which provides a baseline of creating a precise individualised toileting/continence management plan which helps manage symptoms effectively.Â

- Urine retention, Urinary incontinence, Constipation, Faecal incontinence
- Leakage when coughing or sneezing or exercising
- Post Assessment Treatment Options
- Therapies and exercises that help strength pelvic muscles to help bladder and bowel control

- Education and training to care Client’s caregivers regarding skin integrity when using continence products
- Early recognition, assessments and interventions in the management and symptoms of urinary and faecal incontinence can improve the quality of life of an individual suffering from incontinence. Early intervention and effective treatment can help prevent hospitalization from urinary associated infections and constipation.
Respite Care- We Care- IÂ CareÂ
Respite care is a service offered for temporary or short stay relief for clients from their primary caregiver. It provides Caregivers an opportunity to take time off from their regular responsibilities hence recharge and in turn able to resume their responsibilities of caring for their loved ones.
